WHAT IS HATHA?

Hatha focuses on achieving equilibrium in the passage of prana, or life force, through the Ida and Pingala nadis. Pingala Nadi and Ida Nadi stand for the feminine and male energies, respectively. Every human body possesses this duality. By cleansing our bodies with yoga asana and other techniques, we may establish balance.
